- 100% of premiums paid for by NextWave for employee and dependents

 

Dental Plan

- 100% of premiums paid for by NextWave for employee and dependents

 

Vision Plan

- 100% of premiums paid for by NextWave for employee and dependents

 

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

- Defer up to 100% of your gross annual salary up to a maximum of $15,500

 

Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

- Health Care FSA

- Dependent Care FSA

 

Basic Group Life Insurance

- Basic Life Insurance Benefit: 2x annual base salary

 

Short and Long Term Disability Plans

- Partial income replacement program

 

Holidays

Vacation
